And while I'm unsure of how people already use technologies, I'd be interested in learning the different ways people in the workshop use technologies. With any teacher professional development, and this is a major flaw with one-off days, there is always that return to school. Then real life pressures and every day constraints inhibit the use of any new skills learned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The whole notion of technology, for many, seems to make more work than it should.  But much of the technology is supported by fairly standard formatting, so if you can edit a word document there's not a great leap to edit blogs, wikis or even webquests.  All you have to do is remember to save your work, after you've typed in the boxes where you put text.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I added this blog to accommodate any sudden twists and turns in the program...I'm going to try and respond to the needs of the group.
